My boys gave me a Christmas present early! I got a Dyson today! Hooray for a vacuum that sucks!! Who knew people were so passionate about vacuums, eh?

Don’t you love it when you get what you wanted for Christmas?
They made me open it!! I would never have done it early myself! DH suggested to the boys that mom might like to open her present early, and they were bouncing off the walls- I think he just got sick of watching me kick and curse the old one!
I’m so jealous! While at Target today I longingly looked at all the Dysons for sale. I don’t have one yet, but really want one.
I would hug my Dyson daily if it weren’t so full of dirt and gross stuff. That Dyson guy is a genius!
I got a Dyson afew months ago and I’m love! Even my 5yr son loves to use it, I bribe him, if he cleans his room he can vacuum it. Just a thought on places to buy them. My sister used one of those 20% off coupons that you always get in the mail from bed/bath/beyond (or in some places linen/things) and bought one there for $360 after coupon. My husband found ours at the Sears scratch and dent store (also know as the sears parts store) and because the box had been opened we got it for $280, everything inside was still in it’s plastic and we were able to buy a 3yr warranty for $30. So don’t give up if you can’t find them on sale, just look around at some different places to buy it.
I know someone who got one at Big Lots for like $180. It’s really rare to find them there, though. Some B,B&B’s won’t honor the 20% for Dysons, and some will, I’m not sure why.
I got mine on sale for between 300-350, and I have the yellow (lowest-end=cheapest) one. I still absolutely LOVE it, though, and I’ve had it a year.
What color is yours?
I totally covet a Dyson…maybe next year…
